KSH: Guest traffic of accommodations continued to increase in October
In October, 5.9 percent more guests spent 4.6 percent more overnight stays in commercial accommodations than a year before – the Central Statistics Office (KSH) announced on Wednesday.
The number of foreign visitors increased by 2.6 percent and the number of their guest nights increased by 1.8 percent. The number of domestic visitors increased by 9.6 percent, spending 8.2 percent more domestic guest nights in accommodation establishments than in last October.
In the first ten months of the year. the number of guests increased by 4.4 percent, while the number of guest nights increased by 5.3 percent, compared to the same period of the last year. (MTI)
