KSH: increase in grain prices moderated in October
The agricultural producer price level in October was 13.4 percent higher than a year ago. The producer price the plant products increased by 12 percent, the producer price of live animals and animal products increased by 15.9 percent – announced the Central Statistical Office (KSH) on Wednesday.
According to the Communication; in the January-October period, the price level of agricultural products rose by 23.5 percent, compared to the same period of in 2010. The price increase of plant products was 28.9, the price increase of live animals and animal products was 14.4 percent – reports MTI.
