KSH: export and import declined in October
In October, the value of exports in euros decreased by 1.1 percent, while the value of imports in euros declined by 3.5 percent, compared to a year before.
The trade balance surplus amounted to 891 million euros, 167 million euros more than in October last year – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Thursday.
The exports and imports in March this year and July declined both. In March exports decreased by 3.9 while imports by 3.5 percent. In July exports decreased by 5.4 while imports by 6.4 percent. (MTI)
