KSH: inflation was 5.2 percent in November
Consumer prices fell by 0.1 percent in November from the previous month and were 5.2 percent higher, compared to the previous year – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Tuesday.
In the first eleven months of this year, prices were 5.7 percent higher than in the same period of last year.
According to the datas, the deceleration of inflation accelerated further: in the past month the rate of inflation declined by 0.8 percentage points from 6.0 to 5.2 percent, while in October, a 0.6 percentage points decrease occurred from the 6.6 percent inflation rate of September. (MTI)
