KSH: November retail sales decreased by 4.1 percent
In November 2012 a 4.1 percent decline occurred in retail sales volume. Decrease was determined by the sales decline of food retail, gas stations, furniture and electrical goods stores, as well as books, computers, and other industrial goods stores – the Central Statistics Office (KSH) published on Friday.
Retail trade turnover in the first eleven months of last year, was two percent lower than in the same period of the previous year. In the national retail network as well as in mail order and Internet retail 692 billion HUF turnover was realized in November 2012 and 7416 billion HUF in the first eleven months of the year. (MTI)
