KSH: increase in net earnings
In May, the gross earnings increased by 6.7 percent, in the first five months by 3.4 percent, over the same period of last year – reports the Central Statistical Office (KSH).
The gross average calculated without bonuses, special bonuses and other benefits was 5.7 percent in May, after the 5.1 percent of April, compared to a year earlier. The regular salaries in the private sector increased by 4.4 percent in May, after April's 3.8 percent.
In May, the net earnings were 7.5 percent higher, in the first five months they were 5.1 percent higher than in same period of 2010.
