KSH: The number of Internet and mobile phone subscriptions has increased
The number of Internet subscriptions increased by 13 percent to nearly 7.7 million, while the number of mobile phone subscriptions expanded by 1.6 percent to 181 thousand in the second quarter, compared to the same period last year – according to the Central Statistical Office (KSH) data.
According to the preliminary data, in this year's second quarter, the net revenue from IT communications activities (internet, cable TV, telephone) of the monitored communications service providers was 204.9 billion HUF. At current prices exceeded the 203.4 billion HUF of the same period of the previous year by 0.7 percent. (MTI)
