KSH: the price stop will start on Tuesday

The Central Statistical Office (KSH) published the average last October price of the seven basic foods affected by the price stop.

Price stop starts on Tuesday

From Tuesday to May 1, the government has introduced price stops for seven basic foods and their prices cannot be higher than they were on October 15 last year. If this price was discounted, the pre-discounted sale price shall be applied, if this cannot be determined for some reason, the average consumer prices published on the website of the KSH for October 2021 shall be applied.
