KSH: traffic in accommodation increased by 7.6 percent in June
Guest traffic in accommodations increased by 7.6 percent in June and by 6.8 percent in the first half of this year, compared to the same comparable periods of the last year – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Friday.
The number of foreign guest nights incresed by 7.3 percent, while the number of domestic guest nights rose by 7.9 percent in June, compared to a year before.
The gross sales of the hotels – calculated at current prices – increased by 9.0 percent to nearly 30.8 billion HUF in June, and increased by 10.1 percent to 142 billion HUF in the first half of the year. (MTI)
