KSH: the turnover of commercioal accommodations increased by 13.5 percent in January

In January, the number of guest nights spent by domestic guests increased by 16.0 percent, the number of foreign guest nights increased by 11.2 percent, compared to the same period of the previous year. The overall guest traffic was 13.5 percent higher than in the previous year – the Central Statistics Office (KSH) announced.

In January, 213 thousand foreign visitors spent 567 thousand guest nights in commercial accommodations. The number of guests and the night they spent, considerably improved compared to the base period; by 12.7 and 11.2 percent. (MTI)
