KSH: The producer price level of agricultural products increased by almost half
The level of agricultural output prices in February 2011 was 47.5 percent higher than a year ago – reports the Central Statistical Office.
The price level of plant products increased by 67.9, live animals and animal product prices rose by 13.3 percent.
In January-February 2011, the producer price level of agricultural products increased by 42.8 percent, compared to the previous year, of which 61.3 percent was the increase of crop products, and 12.0 percent of live animals and animal products.
