KSH: sales of Internet services grew dynamically

Sales of Internet services grew dynamically, in 2020 the total net sales of Internet access services were 326 billion HUF, which is an increase of 8.2 percent in one year – according to the Digital Economy 2020 publication of the Central Statistical Office.

Within this, mobile Internet revenue, with the largest share of 54 percent, rose 11 percent. Revenue also increased significantly, by 20 percent in the optical category and by 2.2 percent for cable TV-related Internet subscriptions, while revenue from xDSL subscriptions decreased by 7.8 percent.
