KSH: a reduction in trade surplus
The value of exports calculated in euros increased by 6.5 percent in September, compared to a year before. The value of imports calculated in euros increased by 8.6 percent in September, compared to a year before.
The trade surplus became 855 million euros, 85 million euros less than in September last year – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced its second estimate on Thursday.
This year's export surplus reached 6.162 billion euros at the end of September, which almost reached the 6.274 billion euros of the whole 2014 year. The KSH corrected the growth of both exports and imports, compared to the first estimate released on November 2.
