KSH: average net income was the highest in Budapest last year
The average monthly net income of the full-time employees was the highest in Budapest last year both among intellectual and manual workers – shows the county and regional statistical yearbook of the Central Statistical Office (KSH).
According to the datas of the Central Statistical Office (KSH), manual workers’s wage in the capital was 109,984 HUF, while the national average of people working in rural counties was 96,647 HUF. The white collar employees earned the most in Budapest in 2011 with a monthly net 217,760 HUF, compared to the monthly average of 155,396 HUF of those who were working in rural counties. (MTI)
