KSH: Tourism grew by 7.1 percent
In November last year, the number of nights spent by foreign guests increased by 8.7, while the number of domestic guests increased by 5.6 percent, compared to a year before, and the turnover of places of accomodiations was 7.1 percent higher than last November, which is the biggest growth since June – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Tuesday.
In November, 8.2 percent more, 399 thousand foreign visitors spent 973 thousand nights in commercial accommodations, the traffic increased significantly in each types of accommodation. In Budapest, which realized two-thirds of all foreign guest nights, the growth was 8.4 percent. (MTI)
