KSH: tourist traffic increased by 4.9 percent in June at commercial accommodations
The number of nights spent by foreign visitors increased by 5.9 percent, while the nights spent by domestic tourists increased by 3.9 percent in June compared with a year before.
The total turnover of the commercial accommodations measured in guest nights increased by 4.9 percent – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Wednesday.
In June, 7.1 percent more foreign visitors spent a total of 1 million 237 thousand nights in commercial accommodations. The number of foreign guest nights increased in five out of the nine tourism regions. (MTI)
