KSH: consumer prices fell by 1.4 percent in January
The consumer prices decreased by 1.4 percent in January 2015, compared to the first month of the previous year, while compared to December2014 were0.2 percent lower – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Wednesday.
Mináry Borbála, the head of department of the Central Statistical Office said that in the annual comparison, the decline in fuel, household energy prices brought down inflation. In January, the fall in fuel prices contributed to the decline of teh consumer price level by 0.6 percentage point. (MTI)
