KSH: consumer prices fell by 0.4 percent in October
The consumer prices were an average 0.4 percent lower in October than a year earlier, while compared to September, consumer prices decreased by 0.3 percent – the Central Statistics Office (KSH) reported on Tuesday.
Compared to September, the annual price decline slowed only marginally by 0.1 percentage points, while the monthly price decline in August andin September was both 0.2 percent, ie became 0.1 percentage points lower.
London analysts expected an annual price decrease between 0.1 and 0.3 percent. (MTI)
