The schools and kindergartens can buy directly from the small producers
From the 15th of September 2010, institutions dealing with public catering can purchase fresh food directly from local producers – said the Ministry of Rural Development.
The procurement requirement from the 15th of September 2010, do not mandatory for raw meat, vegetables, fruit, milk and milk products, honey, eggs and cereals. The nurseries, kindergartens, schools, offices, public procurements, health care institutes can buy raw meat, vegetables, fruits, milk and dairy products, honey, eggs and corn directly from the local producers – reports Privatbankar.hu.
