Crowdfunding: EU market opens to domestic crowdfunding providers from November
There is huge growth potential for business operators already authorised and with practical experience in crowdfunding, with all EU Member States having to apply the EU Regulation governing European Community financing directly from November. At the same time, the transition period until next November and the opening up of EU markets are also a huge opportunity for business operators that are just starting their crowdfunding service, kapolyi law firm points out.
