The CBA and Coop would buy the leaving food chains together
Baldauf László, Managing Director of the CBA considers the purchasing of the leaving chains an important task – published by Figyelő on Thursday.
Baldauf confirmed that soon they will try to unite the CBA network's 3385 units into an Ltd.
He also said that if they can buy any food chains, they will do it together with Coop and “everybody will operate their own shops.” The CBA has created an investment company together with Coop to be ready for purchase – reports [origo].
