The pálinka sector is jointly developed by MATE and the Pálinka National Council
The Hungarian University of Agricultural and Life Sciences (MATE) and the Pálinka National Council have signed a cooperation agreement in order to develop the pálinka sector and strengthen educational, research and policy activities, the university informed MTI on Monday.
It was emphasized that one of the main goals of cooperation is to increase the Hungarian interest in Hungarian pálinkas.
At the MATE Buda Campus, the “unique pálinka master’s training” is the first in the country to offer a higher level of work-recognized, diploma-recognized expertise for those interested in pálinka making, he noted. (MTI)
