Bonduelle, Coopagri In JV
Food group Bonduelle has announced that it is forming a frozen vegetables joint venture with cooparative group Coopagri.
The new entity, in which Bonduelle will
have a 37% stake, will sell 150,000 tonnes of vegetables annually,
and have a turnover of E160m. No financial details of the deal were
disclosed.
Stemming from the central office
founded in 1911 in Landerneau, Coopagri Bretagne has been a major
actor in the agricultural miracle in Brittany which led the region to
have a dominant place in France as in Europe.
