Tokaj Wine Region Heritage Day is a shared celebration and responsibility

Every year, the Heritage Day events draw attention to the fact that Tokaj is not just wine, but also a cultural landscape: a living tradition that still shapes the lives of locals and the experiences of visitors today. This year, the Minaro Hotel Tokaj MGallery also joined the programs, offering experiences to those interested together with the nearby Máriássy Winery. On September 20, participants were able to experience the atmosphere of the harvest, the secrets of the vineyards, the process of cellar work, and the special art of making aszú firsthand.

The preservation of the region’s cultural and natural values ​​is of paramount importance to the hotel. It is no coincidence that Minaro also joins World Cleanup Day every year: the hotel’s volunteers cleaned the banks of the Bodrog River and the public areas of Tokaj on September 25 to contribute to a more beautiful and livable environment.

The hotel will continue its social role in the future: in October, joining the international Pink October campaign, the hotel will be illuminated with pink lights in the name of the fight against breast cancer, and educational programs will be organized, which are open not only to guests, but also to residents of the region.
