Accession agreement between Coop Group and Palóc Nagykereskedelmi Kft. was terminated by mutual agreement

Three companies, including the Palóc Nagykereskedelmi Kft. joined to the franchise system of Coop Group Group in October 2012. During the accession process, it became apparent that the Palóc Nagykereskedelmi Kft. could not coordinate their business policy to Coop's business policy.

Therefore the parties decided to terminate their cooperation by mutual agreement, so the Palóc Nagykereskedelmi Kft. will operate outside the franchise system of Coop.
