The tourism revenues of Budapest may increase with up to one billion euros in the medium term
In the medium term, the tourism revenues of Budapest may increase with up to one billion euros – according to the comparative study of the Roland Berger consulting firm, conducted in 13 European cities.
The turizmusonline.hu described the study and wrote that during the past five years the number of nights spent in Budapest increased by 45 percent, but the specific tourism indicators per capita are still low, which indicates there is space for further growth. Barcelona, Berlin, Vienna, Lisbon, Prague and Bratislava were among the studied 13 cities. (MTI)
