Investors are looking for of the largest leisure theme park of Central and Eastern Europe
The details of the project will be shown to the public at the Expo Real in Munich.
Development starts on 70 hectares, the leisure theme park
will sprawl on some 300,000 square metres at first.
Parts of the development are a thermal and water theme park, a wellness centre,
a conference and event centre, a festival park, a wine and gastronomical
centre, an equestrian centre, golf centre, hotels and apartments. The
49,000-sqm science theme park will also sport an ice rink and a botanic garden.
The first phase of the project, in which Talentis plans to involve a foreign
partner, is expected to be completed in four years.
