The Chocolate Master of Central Europe
Attila Menyhárt, head pastry chef of Four Seasons and Kollázs, and Debic’s Hungarian ambassador, qualified for the final of World Chocolate Masters from the Central European selection, which took place in Cologne on 9 February 2022. Contestants had to prepare a dessert (a French pâtisserie), a 100-percent plant-based snack, a bonbon and a maximum 5kg chocolate sculpture in 8.5 hours.
