Romanian retail sales increased by nearly seven percent
According to raw data, Romanian retail sales grew by 6.8 percent in the first half of this year, compared to the same period of last year – the Romanian National Bureau of Statistics announced on Friday.
The growth in raw data is mainly due to non-food sales, which increased by 9.7 percent, fuel sales increased by 5.4 percent, while food, beverages and tobacco sales increased by 4.8 percent. (MTI)
