The Agrarian-Chamber’s New Law is Ready for Presentation
Mr. Sándor Fazekas Minister of Rural Development had a meeting with Mr. István Jakab. The meeting took place in order to inform the President of MAGOSZ (National Association of Hungarian Farmers Agricultirale Coops) from first-hand about the completed law of the Agrarian Chamber and about the agrarian, rural and environmental strategies designed for the next ten years. It will be presented for discussion in the middle of March. Public Announcement.
The Minister attended the Session of the Hungarian Farmers’ and Producers’ Coops’s Association on 23rd November 2010 where the farmers submitted their proposals as well, so the Ministry should also take into consideration their opinion when setting up the national rural strategy. The Minister had a to-do list made based on the session’s report. Based on this, the different secretaries of state will examine the proposals, both the general ones and the ones requiring legal intervention and will evaluate these when new regulation or modification will be implemented.
