The mood of investors is nearly on a 10-year peak
Investor sentiment in the euro area rose to its almost 10-year high in the euro area in May after the significant improvement in April.
In May, the investor mood index of the Sentix Frankfurt Economic Research Institute rose from the 23.9 points of April to 27.4 points in May, which is the highest level since July 2007. Last May, the index was much lower: 6.2 points. Analysts expected a weaker 25.3 point index for May. (MTI)
