Thank you, Lord…
…for listening to me after all and giving me back my faith in human intellect. Thank you to the trade for this several-hour conversation at the conference in Tapolca about the proposed bill on the protection of suppliers. We debated the different aspects and found common ground – producers and retailers, multinationals and Hungarians, companies and trade associations. Thank you to the Minister of Agriculture for participating in this debate and for being honest. Thank you to the MPs for considering our arguments. The “3 percent” paragraph was deleted from the proposed bill and Parliament gave the green light to the Act.
