SPAR promotes the Hungarian apple with tastings

In the scope of the Hungarian national campaign to support the consumption of apples, tastings have started in the SPAR supermarket network as well. At the ceremonial launch ceremony of the promotional event dr. Budai Gyula, State Secretary of the Ministry of Rural Development, and Bölcskei György apple producer were also present.

The tasting aims to strengthen the domestic apple market and apple production, especially the revival of the reputation of the apple production in Szabolcs county as well as creating opportunities to achieve greater domestic consumption and increase exports to Russia. The key aim of the campaign is to encourage consumers to look for good quality fresh Hungarian apple out of season as well.
