Kosher abattoir to be built in Csengele
From a HUF 2.8-billion budget a kosher abattoir and poultry processing farm will be built in Csengele. When the project is completed, 260 people will be employed by Quality Poultry – Poultry Processing and Trade Kft. (QP Kft.), making kosher goose liver and other goose products. 2,400 geese will be processed at the abattoir every day. Fresh and frozen products will be exported to the European Union and Israel.
