Covid shame: hidden disease poses a new challenge to employers
Three times more people are looking for sickness, quarantine and coronavirus word connections in Hungary now than in the middle of summer. In other words, as the number of official cases grows, people are increasingly interested in whether they can count on cash benefits in the case of a possible governmental action, according to an analysis by Avantgarde Group, a communications consulting firm that also deals with employer branding and digital solutions.
The concealment of symptoms, or contact with a proven coronavirus patient, is not only fueled by anxiety about the possible loss of income, but is also fueled by an ancient fear of contagion and from infectious diseases.
