JCDecaux and E.ON announce a short story competition about environmental protection
Good stories make you think, make you act and can change the future — why can’t they make the fate of our planet better? JCDecaux Stop for a short story! With the support of E.ON, this year’s application focuses on environmental protection and is looking for works in the usual one-page format that can provide a solution to improving our environment or even saving the Earth.
Every year, thousands of entries are submitted to the JCDecaux Stop for a short story! literary competition, which the organizers will announce for the sixth time this year, this time with the main support of E.ON. As in previous years, the winning works will be displayed on the poster surfaces of the busiest bus and tram stops, but this time the competition will have a new thematic focus. The organizers are looking for works with a minimum of 3,600 and a maximum of 4,000 strokes that talk about environmental protection and make you think about the relationship between nature and man.
The task of the creators is to tell in the form of a short story how many motivations we can have for environmental protection, and what we can do to keep the Earth livable for the future. The twenty winning applicants will have the opportunity to publish their work in front of hundreds of thousands of people, and thereby influence the lives and decisions of others.
