Since 2020, MOKKOJI KOREA has become a prominent global festival showcasing various aspects of Korean lifestyle and entertainment. This fall, Budapest Park will be the venue for the event that stimulates all the senses, and admission to all programs will be free, however, advance registration is required for the Sunday evening concerts, which can be done until midnight on September 18 on their website (www.mokkojikorea.com).
“MOKKOJI” is a Korean word that refers to the participation of many people in games, parties and various other events. The organizers invite all interested parties to this diverse cultural cavalcade.
At the 2024 MOKKOJI KOREA event, local Hallyu fans can discover all segments of Korean culture, and the event will be crowned by concerts by K-pop stars.
On October 6 at 6:00 p.m., K-pop artists such as SUNMI, AB6IX and Dreamcatcher will take the stage, offering an unusual insight into Korean culture and entertainment.
This will be their first performance in Hungary, and it is expected that they will present the cultural diversity of the distant country and the appeal of K-pop to the audience, opening a new chapter in the cultural exchange program between Korea and Hungary.
