Kopint-Tárki: GDP will increase by 0.3 percent this year and by 1.5 percent next year
The gross domestic product (GDP) in Hungary can increase by 0.3 percent this year and by 1.5 percent next year, while the decline in investment is expected to be halt only in 2014 – described the researcher’s summer forecast Palócz Éva Kopint-Tárki’s CEO, on Thursday in Budapest at a press conference.
Palócz Éva emphasized that they modified their previous forecast upward, mainly due to improved performance in agriculture, where 8 percent production increase is expected in 2013. (MTI)
