Mushrooms growers can build foil tents easier

The establishment of mushroom foil tents has become easier after the legislative amendment initiated by the National Chamber of Agricultural Economics (NAK) – the Chamber told MTI on Tuesday.

The legislator took a constructive approach to the appeal of the Chamber and amended the Decree, which was already published in the Hungarian Gazette. With the change in the law, the first-instance construction authorities have become clear about the exemption from the permit requirement for building blocks for mushroom foils, which – like other tents – makes the future development more flexible – the communication reveals.
