Operation of the slaughterhouses became easier
In the future, small-scale slaughterhouses will operate more easily, because the Ministry of Rural Development made easier the after cut qualification system – states the communication of the Hungarian Chamber of Agriculture.
With this step, the proposal of the Hungarian Chamber of Agriculture has been completed one year after the proposal was made. The new system will help mainly the regional beef, pork and sheep cuts for private purposes, and supports the local meat distribution – reports Origo.
