The sector is waiting for steps to be taken
The Federation of Hungarian Food Industries (ÉFOSZ) published a statement that welcomes the new development strategy for the food industry, but at the same time warns that small and medium-sized business don’t have a chance to use European Union funding for implementing development projects. ÉFOSZ’s opinion is that a complex approach is required in developing the food sector, one which gives SMEs the opportunity to profit from EU programmes.
