Conference: Climate change also has an impact on tourism
The effects of climate change can be detected in road accident statistics and in the tourism industry as well – was said at a conference in Budapest on Tuesday.
At the conference of the National Weather Service that presented the project about the consequences of climate change Lakatos Mónika, climate researcher of the Meteorological Service said that during the project experts analyzed the impact of weather factors on tourism. The growth of death rate during heat waves and the incidence of road accidents among extreme weather conditions. (MTI)
