Conference for the GMO-free Europe
A Hungarian and an Austrian People's Party MEP organized a conference titled Fotr the GMO-free Europe, in the European Parliament's József Antall building.
Before Wednesday's conference Hölvényi György, MEP one of the organizers told that people have doubts about regulations on genetically modified products, of which the European lawmakers must provide satisfactory answers. Hungary is in the forefront in this: Hungary intends to introduce a voluntary labeling of GMO-free food – the MEP added. (MTI)
