Complex waste management data provision conference
The Association of Environmental Service Providers and Manufacturers organizes a thematic waste management data provision conference, thereby helping the work of both data providers and data receivers and inspectors. The aim of the conference is, on the one hand, to review the scope of the data provision obligations affecting the sector, and on the other hand, to provide the stakeholders with up-to-date information on the method of fulfilling the obligations and the practical issues that arise.
In the field of waste management, the fulfillment of data reporting obligations is typically tied to the current quarter or the current year. The deadlines for the fulfillment of the obligations to provide data to the OKIR’s Unified Waste Management Information System (EHIR) for general and priority waste streams are February 20 and March 1, respectively, and the Central Statistical Office’s sectoral data provision must be submitted by February 28. Obligations linked to the product fee and EPR fee, as well as certain data services of EHIR, can also be linked to the relevant quarter.
At the conference, together with the organizations that receive and control the data services, we review the obligations on the one hand, and the practical issues that arise in connection with the performance on the other hand. The presentations cover the presentation of the legal background related to individual data services, the range of data providers and data service deadlines, the method of submission and its technical background.
