There may be serious changes in the regulation of e-commerce
Over the past few years, there have been significant developments in the competitive assessment of online retail business solutions, and new regulations aimed at eradicating restrictions have also come into force. Companies engaging in internet sales should consider their contracts very carefully, as they may risk serious fines.
E-commerce has been growing dynamically for many years. According to the latest domestic statistics: consumers spent 365 billion forints on the Internet in Hungary in 2017 and 4.3 percent of retail sales came from Internet sales.
