Bodri Winery started serious development
Szekszárd based Bodri Winery is building new bottlers, ripening and wine storage with a net investment of 730 million HUF. The investment has won 50 percent support of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
According to winemaker Bodri István the winery will be expanded with a 1700 square meters bottlers, a ripening, a tank and bulk storage room, a warehose and technology necessary for white wine making. The plant will be finished in 2010.
The winery will produce 150 thousand bottles, instead of the current 120 thousand bottles on the 25-hectare vineyard. Two recognized wines of the Bodri Winery, the Civilis and the Optimus Cuvée and the 2006 Bull’s Blood was included among the best 25 wines of the Pannonian region – reports MTI Eco.
