The Nébih warns on botulism
The National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) warns on the dangers of sausage poisoning,
known as botulism. Four people became sick. The authority has suspended the activities of a farmer with immediate effects. The products were collected.
Frum Zsuzsa spokesperson of the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) told MTI on Saturday that there is reasonable grounds for suspecting that four people became sick from botulism from the products of an Eger-based small producer Keksz Zsolt. The susopected products are truffle pesto, humus, truffle vegetable preparations and vegetable jams. (MTI)
