Sausage Muster Festival at the Castle Garden in Gyula

The fourth International Sausage Festival begins on Saturday at the Castle Garden in Gyula. The event aims to promote and present smoked sausages and the making of them. Butcher plants will represent themselves and their products and will also compete against each other – Dinya Imre main organizer and the president of the Traditional Butchers Guild of Gyula told MTI.

The main organizer, said that last year more than twenty thousand visitors  took part at the professional event.  116 products from 16 countries – sausage and smoked butchery products  – were entered to the competition by individual producers and meat plants. (MTI)
