This is how a Chicago bar owner named the new drink she sells, after Martini cocktail. Or may be it should not be called a drink, as it needs to be inhaled. Drinks (4 varieties are available) are heated up to 82 oC in a metal ball, from which the vapour can be inhaled by using a straw. Optimal consumption temperature is 44 oC, this is the point where alcohol starts to evaporate.
