There is more space outside
Owners of bars and restaurants with a terrace know very well how many extra guests a terrace can bring in the summer. Not only design is important when it comes to furniture, but also durability, storing and comfort. Most terrace products are available in Hungary too.
The market is rather saturated, so distributors can only obtain a market advantage with special services provided to partners. Imapala Kft. hires interior designers, designers and joiners to offer not simply products, but systems. Impala named products can be returned in the first three years of usage when buying new products. Márta Pap, the company’s marketing manager told about current trends: synthetic rattan is the most popular material and furniture design tends to follow that of indoor wood and metal furniture. Balázs Nagy, managing director of Tatu Parasols told us that high quality parasols do not only give a cooling shade but also create style and atmosphere. The company sells the latest solutions, including adjustable sunsails and wave parasols. Colours: the lounge mood is still in fashion, with brown, ecru and white colours and as for material use, the combination of wood and metal dominates. György Kiss, Remida Kft.’s managing director told that systems that cool with vaporised drops of water can make the terrace-experience more pleasant.
